Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Marketing & Business Development of K12 Products & VUCA
- Planning of an organization's business development activities & initiatives through innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business.
- Responsible for developing the business by creating awareness about various programs.
- Plan & execute strategies for brand awareness by advertising, brand promotion campaign and Media planning.
- Plan & execute events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, road shows, saturation campaigns etc.
- Participating in community relations and outreach.
- Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Consultants for Business development.
- Visit potential schools & other institutes for strategic tie-up.
- Preparing MIS reports pertain to Marketing & Business Development.
- Analyse and presentation of reports to The Management.

. New Products of Kalorex
- To plan & develop New and Existing Centres and products.
- Develop business plans and projections for the centres and organization along with other Department.
- To help business development, planning, execution, monitoring for Centres and Products.
3. Supervision in the Operation and management of Centres.
- Admission update and supervise the admission team, admission processes & trainings.
- Any untoward happening/Security concerns.
- Preparing SOP's Policy documents and MIS for monitoring student administration.
- Build relationships with leading education reformers and maintain knowledge of critical education policy issues and innovations in education reformers, and maintain knowledge of critical education policy issues and innovations in education as a whole.
4. Infrastructure & IT Support to Centres.
- Infra Planning as per the requirement in coordination with Infra team.
- IT Planning - Planning as per number of students and academic needs.
5.
Manage & Analyse data of LeadSquared CRM.
6.
Any other task may be assigned by the Management.
