About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager (International Sales)

to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating international leads through

cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach

.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify international leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT services domain Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:



2 to 4 years of proven experience in

International IT Sales / Business Development

Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email marketing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
