Role Overview
The BDM - International will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, managing international clients, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert
international leads
(US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, etc.)
Develop and execute international sales strategies
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Conduct online meetings, demos, and presentations with global clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and contracts
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project execution
Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience
in International Business Development / Sales
Strong experience selling
IT services
(Web, Mobile App, SaaS, Digital Marketing, AI)
Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills
Experience with international bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.) -- plus point
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Proven track record of closing international deals
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to work with different time zones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
