We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager (International)
to drive outbound lead generation and client acquisition in international markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
, with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and cross-border business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in B2B international lead generation or business development
Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
Proven experience in outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with international markets .
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients across international markets using tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone
Conduct outbound cold calling and personalized email campaigns to generate qualified leads
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for prospecting and connection building
Set up virtual meetings and product/service demos with key decision-makers
Build, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of international prospects
