1. Strategic Lead Generation & Business Development
Target Identification:
Identify, research, and profile prospective schools, colleges, and educational institutions for partnership, enrolment, or service adoption.
Outreach Strategy:
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies, including physical outreach (visits, events), digital campaigns, and networking.
Goal Attainment:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead volume, qualified opportunities, and final conversions/admissions.
2. School and College Branding & Outreach
On-site Engagement:
Plan and lead visits to schools and colleges to conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions to promote the organization's brand and offerings.
Event Management:
Coordinate and represent the organization at education fairs, exhibitions, campus tours, and other relevant events.
Partnership Building:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including principals, counselors, department heads, and management.
Brand Promotion:
Ensure consistent and impactful delivery of the brand message across all outreach activities, demonstrating the unique value proposition.
3. Team Management & Assistance
BDE Supervision:
Directly manage and mentor the Assistant BDE, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are effective in their roles.
Activity Delegation:
Delegate specific lead generation and administrative tasks to the Assistant BDE to optimize efficiency and coverage.
Performance Monitoring:
Review the Assistant BDE's performance, ensuring their activities align with overall targets and strategic goals.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and educational policy changes to identify new opportunities and threats.
Feedback Loop:
Collect and analyze feedback from institutional contacts, students, and parents to inform product development, marketing messaging, and sales strategies.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on market insights, campaign performance, and revenue forecasting for senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum
[3-5] years
of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Admissions in the
Education/EdTech
sector.
Core Skills:
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
