Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and high-performing Sales Professional to lead the sales of our SFA (Sales Force Automation) , CRM, and ERP solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical & Manufacturing industry. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing deals with pharma manufacturing and field-force driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target pharma manufacturers, distributors, and marketing companies for SFA ,CRM & ERP solution sales.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and outreach.
  • Conduct detailed product demos highlighting capabilities like:
  • Field force automation
  • Visit tracking & reporting
  • Sample/order management
  • Inventory, procurement, finance, production modules (ERP)
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
2. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
  • Understand client pain points across field operations and backend processes.
  • Recommend appropriate SFA/ERP modules to meet business needs.
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including PoCs and solution walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with implementation and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
3. Market Research & Competition Analysis
  • Stay aware of pharma business processes, regulatory needs, and market trends.
  • Track competitor offerings in SFA, ERP, and pharma-tech space.
  • Provide product improvement inputs based on customer feedback.
4. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, activity logs, demo schedules, and pipeline updates.
  • Track monthly/quarterly targets and provide reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling SFA, ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions--preferably in pharma or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of pharma field-force workflows, MR reporting, distributor management, and factory operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to conduct online/onsite product demos independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and in teams.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharma, IT, or related fields.
  • MBA (Marketing/IT) preferred.

  • New customer acquisition (SFA + CRM + ERP)
