Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CHRO Consulting across industries.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Present and position CHRO Consulting's capabilities effectively to senior HR and business leaders.
Conduct sales meetings, solution presentations, and capability pitches to convert leads into long-term clients.
2. Relationship & Account Management
Develop and nurture high-value relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, and other decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and work with internal consultants to provide tailored solutions.
Ensure strong client onboarding and seamless transition to project teams.
3. Sales Targets & Performance
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Prepare and execute strategic sales plans aligned with CHRO Consulting's growth objectives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports.
Drive repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling of multiple HR services.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor HR industry trends, competitor strategies, and shifting client needs.
Provide insights to leadership to support service development and market expansion.
Participate in strategic planning discussions to refine go-to-market strategies.
Provide feedback to improve CHRO Consulting's offerings and positioning.
5. Proposal Development & Deal Closure
Develop customized proposals and commercial offers.
Collaborate with subject matter experts for accurate scoping and pricing.
Lead negotiations to close high-value deals efficiently.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and HR Advisory teams to ensure delivery alignment.
Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
Represent CHRO Consulting at client meetings, HR forums, and industry events.
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of cold chain logistics, reefer fleet, and warehousing.
Proven P&L management and business growth track record.
Expertise in client acquisition, contract management, and corporate negotiations.
Knowledge of automation, IoT, WMS, TMS, and refrigeration technology.
Leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
MBA / PG degree
4 - 8 years of business development experience in HR consulting, staffing, or professional services.
Strong understanding of HR functions: TA, C&B, HR advisory, OD, and HR transformation.
Proven success in achieving sales and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused.
Exposure to multi-location operations and corporate account management.
