Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and follow-up records
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred
2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Good presentation and client handling skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
