Job Description

Market Expansion

: Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and distribution channels for hospitality services.

Partnership Development

: Negotiate and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and property management firms.

Revenue Strategy

: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing, promotions, and packages that boost occupancy and profitability.

Contract Management

: Support the Business Development Director in reviewing, approving, and finalizing contracts with hotel operators and service providers.

Onboarding & Integration

: Oversee the onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth integration into operational systems and booking platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
