Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Horeca
Location: Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Horeca & Institutional business development across Gujarat.
Develop channel strategies to increase penetration and market share.
Manage and mentor a team of BDEs / Sales Executives.
Build and maintain key partnerships with major hotel chains, restaurant groups, and catering firms.
Drive revenue targets and ensure profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and trade teams for channel activation and brand visibility.
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA with 6-10 years of experience in the FMCG / Beverages Horeca segment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
