Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to lead sales and client acquisition efforts for our

Freight Forwarding division

at the Ravipuram branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, excellent networking skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Promote and sell international and domestic freight services - Air, Sea & Road.

Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in business development within the

freight forwarding industry

.

Strong understanding of international logistics, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong client database in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
