We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate high-quality leads and foster strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Generate, qualify, and convert leads to support company growth Present company services effectively to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements:

Proven experience in a staffing and recruitment company (mandatory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Demonstrated ability to generate and manage business leads Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
