Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to drive international sales and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the complete sales pipeline for global markets. This is a key role for someone passionate about business expansion, client engagement, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in
international markets
Pitch services/products to prospective global clients through emails, calls, and online meetings
Manage the end-to-end
sales pipeline
, from prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective
marketing strategies
targeting international audiences
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in different countries
Train and mentor junior team members as part of
team development initiatives
Prepare and maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
Requirements:
Proven experience in
international business development/sales
(B2B or B2C)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Strong understanding of international markets and sales channels
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in IT/Software/Consulting/Export industries
Knowledge of international business regulations and cultural nuances
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools
