Responsibilities:
1. Business Acquisition & Revenue Generation:
- Drive new customer acquisition for Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSA, Channel Partners, and Direct Sourcing.
- Identify and onboard productive channel partners and financial advisors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for disbursal and fee income.
2. Client & Channel Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Conduct regular meetings and product training with channel partners to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Ensure consistent lead inflow and conversion from assigned channels.
3. Credit & Risk Coordination:
- Work closely with credit team to ensure timely sanction and disbursement of LAP applications.
- Pre-screen loan applications to match eligibility criteria, risk appetite, and policy norms.
- Assist in documentation, valuation coordination, and legal checks.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor competitor activities and offer insights to improve product offerings.
- Gather feedback from the market to enhance customer value proposition.
- Recommend marketing and promotional strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure all sourcing is in line with internal policies and RBI guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date MIS and reporting for leads, pipeline, and closures.
- Ensure KYC, documentation and audit compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of LAP products, credit norms, and market dynamics.
- Excellent networking & relationship management with DSAs, builders, and financial intermediaries.
- Good understanding of secured lending, legal and technical appraisal process.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Result-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing (preferred)
Preferred Background:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Secured Business Loans.
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or HFCs handling LAP portfolio.
- Proven track record in channel development and sales closures.
