Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert new business leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
Prepare proposals, quotations, and closing deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Client-handling and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
