Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate sales reports & CRM records
Participate in networking events, exhibitions & industry platforms
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong presentation and networking abilities
Knowledge of sales strategies & business development processes
Target-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools
