Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to
accelerate business growth across industrial, commercial, and government sectors. The
ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B industrial marketing or sales, with
strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical products and their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and
government sectors.
? Promote and sell company products, including LT/HT Panels, Power Transformers,
Control Panels, and Automation Systems.
? Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans to expand market reach
for electrical and mechanical products.
? Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular interactions and
solution-oriented discussions.
? Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to refine and strengthen
sales strategies.
? Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, pricing,
negotiation, and closure.
? Coordinate with internal technical, design, and service teams to ensure smooth project
execution and customer satisfaction.
? Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in
the electrical and automation domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
