Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Manage communication and coordination with international clients, distributors, and partners (Brazil and other regions)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and participate in negotiations
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, and logistics teams for timely delivery
Ensure smooth order execution by aligning overseas client requirements with internal teams
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Participate in international calls, meetings, and business discussions as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Proven experience in Business Development / International Sales / Export Sales
Experience in the manufacturing industry (electrical equipment or infrastructure products preferred)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with international clients across different time zones
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to export sales or international business development
