Job Overview:

Opulent Vidya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in overseas education and domestic course enrollment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving student admissions by effectively closing leads and managing the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Enrollment:

Drive domestic and international student enrollments for courses offered. Engage with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

Overseas Education Expertise:

Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities. Guide them through the application, admission, and visa process.

Lead Management:

Nurture leads through CRM systems and ensure high conversion rates. Conduct follow-ups to close inquiries.

Strategic Sales:

Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads. Develop strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Mandatory Observation Period:

Candidates must undergo

one week of observation

to demonstrate their ability to close leads. During this period, the candidate is expected to achieve measurable results by converting leads into successful admissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of experience in overseas education and domestic course enrollment. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting enrollment targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Note:

Candidates who successfully demonstrate their ability to meet the expectations during the observation period will be offered a permanent role.
