Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead our eCommerce strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of experience in the eCommerce industry
, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives in the eCommerce sector
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in eCommerce sales or business development
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of online marketplaces, D2C strategies, and e-retail ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
