Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Business Development Manager (Domestic Market)

to generate and qualify leads through

cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and nurture leads in the Indian market to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and research potential clients in the domestic (Indian) market. Generate leads through

cold calling

,

targeted email campaigns

, and

LinkedIn outreach

. Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls with decision-makers. Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities by tracking activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development in the domestic market. Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
