Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
Develop and execute account management strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell company products/services to existing clients.
Manage contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion.
Prepare and present business reviews and reports for key accounts.
Achieve revenue and client satisfaction targets set by the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management roles.
Strong understanding of client servicing and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
Experience in IT services / Digital Marketing / Software Development industry will be an added advantage.
