Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client network. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques. Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in education, immigration, or service sector).

Salary:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month + incentives (based on experience)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
