Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of business development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business outcomes
- Create and present proposals, pitches, and business cases to clients and stakeholders
- Track and report on business development metrics, including sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities.
- Research and engage with potential clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.

- BDM's may lead or mentor a sales team, providing training and support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increase
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
