The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base, exploring new markets, and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Sales
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and market research.
Convert prospects into long-term clients by offering tailored business solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth areas.
Provide strategic input for product positioning and pricing.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide client feedback to support product and service improvement initiatives.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
Track KPIs such as lead generation, deal conversion, and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
