Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closure capabilities.

Proven experience in field-based business development and key account management.

Ability to engage effectively with government officials and senior industry stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Strong coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting systems. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

5-12 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, key account management, or institutional sales.
