Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and manage a team of advisors/agents for life insurance sales.
Generate business through advisors and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
Guide, train, and motivate advisors to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the advisor team.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with branch managers to plan and execute sales strategies.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and implement effective sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduate (Any discipline).
Experience:
1-4 years in sales (Life Insurance/FMCG/BFSI preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of advisors.
Goal-oriented, self-driven & target-focused.
Good understanding of local market and customer needs.
