About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. You'll work closely with the management to identify and pursue high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new leads through research, outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
company offerings and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos between qualified leads and senior sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information.
Work with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to research, prospect, and qualify leads independently.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
