We are seeking a smart and confident Business Development Manager to lead our Consultant Loyalty Program, engaging with architects and interior designers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive our Consultant Loyalty Program by engaging architects/designers through calls, video interactions, and digital platforms.
Build strong, long-term relationships by clearly explaining program benefits and support.
Act as the key point of connect for consultants outside New Delhi.
Ensure program growth through consistent follow-ups, onboarding, and engagement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a natural connect over phone/video calls.
Ability to explain concepts persuasively and with clarity.
Prior experience in business development, interiors, furnishings, or architect engagement preferred.
Independent, confident, and target-oriented.
