Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard investors for real estate/infrastructure projects.
Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value investors.
Build relationships with HNIs, institutions, and financial entities.
Present investment proposals and secure funding.
Meet targets with an attractive incentive structure.
Requirements:
Experience in business development, investor relations, or real estate sales.
Strong network of investors is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
