Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Coordination
Coordinate with
architectural firms, design consultants, civil engineers, builders, and government officials

Identify and develop new business opportunities in
private architectural projects and government tenders/projects
.
Attend meetings with architects and consultants to discuss project scope, requirements, and timelines.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Project Planning & Support
Assist in
project planning, documentation, and coordination
with internal and external teams.
Understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Follow up on project progress, approvals, and deliverables.
Support management in project-related discussions and presentations.
Government Projects Handling
Coordinate for
government architectural and infrastructure projects
.
Assist in preparation of basic documentation, presentations, and project reports.
Follow up with concerned departments for approvals, meetings, and updates.
Communication & Documentation
Draft and manage
professional emails, proposals, and client communications
in English.
Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using
MS Excel
.
Maintain client and project data systematically.
Technology & AI Usage
Use
AI tools
for drafting emails, reports, presentations, and project summaries.
Assist in research, data analysis, and presentation support using digital tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1 Degree/Diploma in
Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction-related field
2 2-4 years of experience in
architecture firms, construction companies, or project coordination roles
3 Strong communication skills in
English (written & spoken)
4 Good working knowledge of
MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
5 Comfortable using
AI tools
for documentation, planning, and productivity
6 Ability to interact confidently with
architects, engineers, and government officials
7 Strong follow-up, planning, and coordination skills
