What you'll do:

Identify and onboard potential franchise partners
Build strong networks and drive business growth
Negotiate effectively to ensure win-win partnerships
Support expansion plans with on-ground execution

What we're looking for:

experience in Sales / Business Development / Franchise Development (Retail, FMCG, Pharma preferred)
Strong local market knowledge and networking ability
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready for extensive travel
