Job Description

Primary Objective:



Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients, build a robust pipeline, and explore new markets.
2.

Client Engagement:

Conduct meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand client needs and offer tailored advisory solutions.
3.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve sales targets, close deals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
4.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
5.

Collaboration & Reporting

: Work closely with internal teams; maintain CRM updates and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
6.

Networking & Relationship Building:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:



1.Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in consulting, finance, or advisory services.
2.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
4.Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities.
5.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
