BDM
in Mumbai to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B travel agents and tour operators across your region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize repeat business.
Promote iDMC World's DMC services, group tours, FITs, and customized travel products.
Conduct sales presentations, product trainings, and destination awareness sessions.
Participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and group tours.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B travel sales (preferably with a DMC or tour operator).
Strong network of travel agents in the your region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Willing to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
Must be proficient in English , Hindi & Regional language.
Must posses a 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler.
