Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our ATL Media Buying Division in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from ATL channels -- Print, Outdoor, Radio, and Television -- and building strong client and vendor relationships.
This role requires deep market knowledge, strategic selling ability, and a proven track record of achieving high-value media sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
? Identify and onboard potential clients for ATL campaigns (brands, corporates, and agencies).
? Present tailored ATL media solutions that align with client marketing objectives and budgets.
? Build long-term partnerships and ensure repeat business through consistent client satisfaction.
ATL Media Sales & Target Achievement
? Achieve monthly sales targets between ?60 lakh and ?1 crore.
? Develop media proposals, quotations, and campaign presentations.
? Lead negotiations, close profitable deals, and ensure timely billing and documentation.
Media Planning & Buying Coordination
? Collaborate with internal teams to plan the best media mix (Print, OOH, Radio, TV).
? Source and finalize competitive media rates from vendors and publishers.
? Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand goals and timelines.
Campaign Execution & Delivery
? Oversee campaign execution from start to finish with creative, operations, and finance teams.
? Ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver the desired impact.
? Monitor results, resolve issues, and maintain performance reports.
Market Research & Relationship Management
? Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
? Maintain strong relationships with media houses, outdoor vendors, and partner networks.
? Provide strategic inputs to management for pricing, planning, and growth initiatives.
