Recruitment & Outreach:
Organize and attend college fairs, campus tours, and high school visits; conduct webinars/sessions.
Lead & Sales Management:
Generate and convert leads, manage client databases, and meet enrollment/revenue targets.
Application Processing:
Review applications, verify information, and collaborate with departments for approvals.
Relationship Building:
Develop networks with students, parents, and school counselors.
Data & Reporting:
Use CRM (like Salesforce) to track interactions and report on recruitment efforts.
Market Knowledge:
Stay current on educational trends, policies, and financial aid.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is key).
Sales acumen and ability to achieve targets.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, analytical, and positive attitude.
Experience in admissions, sales, or counseling preferred.
Relevant bachelor's degree often required.
