Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and managing event execution -- with a strong focus on

wedding and corporate events

. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring seamless event delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate qualified leads for

wedding and corporate events

through online/offline channels, partnerships, and networking. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, propose creative event concepts, and present customized packages. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, decor, catering, logistics, etc.) to ensure successful execution of events. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Manage client communication, negotiations, and contracts throughout the event lifecycle. Stay updated with current trends in weddings, corporate events, and hospitality to bring innovative ideas to clients. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services. Maintain CRM/database with all client and lead information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
