We are hiring for Business Development Executive Role
Responsibilities:
Identify, bid, and secure
design and development projects
on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Manage and track bid progress, follow-ups, and conversions using internal tools or CRMs.
Collaborate with senior BDEs and management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Keep up to date with design and IT industry trends to better position our services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs.
Strong time management, research, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with bidding platforms like
Upwork
or
Freelancer
is an advantage.
