Key Roles & Responsibilities

Must have experience in generate new business opportunities for

Software Development and IT Services

. Identify, research, and target potential clients to create strong sales pipelines. Work actively on

online bidding platforms

such as Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH). Prepare and submit competitive proposals, project bids, and client presentations. Engage with international clients through chats, calls, and emails. Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with the technical team. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth project communication. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends and identify new business areas for expansion..

Required Skills

Experience working in an

IT-Software Development

or

Service-based company

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with

lead generation

and

online bidding

. Confident in handling client conversations and negotiations. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
