Bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH to secure projects. Writing effective proposals to attract clients. Managing client communication and project negotiations. Understanding project requirements and collaborating with the technical team. Achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as an Online Bidder. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of IT services and digital solutions. Ability to generate leads and close deals.
