Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Online Bidder Intern

to support our business development team. The intern will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bidding on online platforms, and assisting in client communication to help grow the company's client base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze new business opportunities on platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru

, etc. Prepare and submit

competitive bids/proposals

based on client requirements. Communicate with potential clients via email, chat, and online platforms. Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical/creative team. Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions. Assist in market research and competitor analysis. Support the sales and business development team in daily activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields

. Good

written and verbal communication skills

. Basic understanding of

online bidding platforms

(training can be provided). Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with

MS Office / Google Workspace

. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

IT services, digital marketing, or software development

. Basic understanding of

sales and lead generation

. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
