Job Description

1.

Market Development & Lead Generation



Identify new business opportunities

in the US market through research, networking, and prospecting. Generate qualified leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
2.

Client Relationship Management



Build and nurture

long-term relationships

with clients to encourage repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for US-based customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives. 3.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with senior management to

develop and execute sales strategies

tailored to the US market.
4.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with

marketing teams

to align campaigns with sales goals. Coordinate with

operations and product teams

to ensure smooth delivery and client onboarding. Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and enhance competitiveness.
5.

Revenue & Growth Accountability



Drive

customer acquisition and retention

to meet revenue goals. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients. Contribute to brand positioning and market expansion in the US.
