Job Description

1.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management



Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, or institutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand clients' financial needs and offer appropriate banking or financial solutions.
2.

Sales and Revenue Generation



Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze market trends to position products effectively.
3.

Market Research and Strategy



Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments. Develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns.
4.

Networking and Partnerships



Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections. Develop partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral sources for business leads.
5.

Proposal and Pitch Development



Prepare customized presentations and proposals for prospective clients. Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients or partners.
6.

Coordination with Internal Teams



Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. Provide client feedback to product teams to influence service improvement and innovation.
7.

Compliance and Risk Management



Ensure all client acquisition and sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies. Perform due diligence and risk assessment for client onboarding.
8.

Reporting and Performance Tracking



Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information. Generate periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
