About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities through

cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and client engagement strategies

. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business opportunities through

cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns

. Identify potential clients in international/domestic markets and build a strong sales pipeline. Pitch IT services and solutions effectively to prospects. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and close deals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver client requirements successfully. Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in

IT sales / lead generation / business development

. Strong expertise in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator & cold calling

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the IT sales domain.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
