Key Responsibilities
Actively bid and secure projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
Draft custom proposals, quotes, and service documents.
Follow up, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and close business.
Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain precise records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 1-3 years in Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT services.
Platform Skills: Proven familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
Key Abilities: Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and client communication.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, technically aware, and team-friendly.
