Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various online platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
Follow up on leads, schedule demos/meetings, and support the sales process.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for better client acquisition.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and result-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
