: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) - UPSC Segment
Position Overview
The Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) will be responsible for handling student inquiries, promoting UPSC preparation courses, converting leads into admissions, and supporting overall sales operations. The role demands strong communication skills, product knowledge, and an understanding of the UPSC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, website leads, and social media inquiries.
Counsel students regarding UPSC preparation programs, batches, teaching methodology, and course structure.
Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
2. Product & Process Knowledge
Maintain complete knowledge of all UPSC-related courses: GS Foundation, Prelims Test Series, Mains Programs, Optional subjects, Interview Guidance, etc.
Explain course features, faculty profiles, study materials, and delivery methods (offline + online).
3. Student Counseling
Understand students' UPSC preparation stage and guide them based on their requirements.
Address queries regarding exam strategy, course selection, batch timings, fees, discounts, and scholarship policies.
Provide correct and updated information to ensure high satisfaction.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with academic teams, operations, and accounts for student onboarding.
Support marketing activities, seminars, and in-house counseling sessions.
5. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Ensure smooth post-admission support and handover to the academic/operations team.
Collect feedback and share insights with management.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly status reports.
Track conversion ratios and highlight issues or opportunities for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
