Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our high-growth EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective students or parents in the US market, and converting them into paid users. This role requires working in
US hours
, strong communication skills, and a passion for education and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective leads (students, parents, or working professionals) in the US region.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate online education products or services.
Convert leads into sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest via webinars, ads, or landing pages.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance lead quality and post-sales support.
Stay updated with product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends
