Qualifications:
Inter pass, BCom, BA, BSc, or Diploma in Engineering are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong know how of excel or google sheet, advance excel sheet reports like maintaining report, perform VLOOKUP, pivots, dashboards and daily reporting as needed.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and processes.

Salary:
Rs 20,000 fixed + monthly incentives + annual performance bonus + super performance bonus. (20k includes annual fixed pay 10% of Fixed CTC and Insurance contribution)
What You'll Be Doing:
Mandatory, daily, every time of the day:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct lead generation through online channels and research to identify new potential clients.
Manually send emails to 80-100 prospects daily to introduce services and initiate conversations.
Follow-up via calls to 40-50 clients from the leads you've contacted, keeping the communication warm.
Data Management & Reporting:
Update lead details, client data, and project information in Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools after each interaction.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the records, with regular updates.
Automation & Efficiency:
Learn about current tools and automation software, and contribute ideas to streamline processes.
Find and implement ways to bring automation into daily tasks and improve efficiency.
Not Mandatory, but how you do these determines your next growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by following and calling on time.
Handle customer queries, offer information about services, and schedule meetings where applicable.
Creating Presentations & Proposals:
Make power presentations for internal needs and for potential clients.
Customize presentations based on the client's needs and preferences.
Strategy & Innovation:
Bring fresh ideas to increase client acquisition, build better sales pipelines, and improve conversions.
Suggest and implement strategies for more effective lead generation and outreach.
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, self-driven individual who enjoys working in a target-oriented environment.
Communicate well in English, and Hindi.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks at once.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
A quick learner who is eager to pick up new tools, techniques, and strategies.
A results-oriented mindset focused on generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth.
