Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals.
Qualify and manage leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain franchise opportunities, benefits, and requirements.
Negotiate franchise agreements and terms with prospective franchisees.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees throughout the sales process and beyond.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for franchise growth.
Analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Franchise Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and manage franchise documentation, including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, and other related materials.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and franchise sales performance.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute franchise marketing campaigns and materials.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in franchise sales are a plus.
